1. What kind of food do you serve?
Our team of Chefs here at GoFresh craft nutritionally balanced plates with high quality lean meats, and locally grown products and raw herbs. Our focus is to create amazing plates that provide the convenience of prepared meals that help support a healthier lifestyle. We offer a variety of different meal options that meet the specific Paleo, Keto, and Low-carb diets, as well as other balanced meal diets in an effort to meet the differing needs of our many customers. We will tickle your taste buds and fuel your body with the right foods to help you power through your day.
2. Do I have to pre order to buy meals?
No. While we suggest you pre order to ensure you receive the exact meals, but we do stock our in store fridge 7 days a week with 250 plus fresh meals available specifically for walk in purchasing.
3. When and where do you deliver?
We offer next day ordering if the order is placed by 1:00 pm the day prior to ordering (not currently available for customized orders), as well as the option to select delivery or pick up in advance up to 1 week.

4. How much does it cost?
Our meals range between $7.00 to $10.00 per meal and breakfast meals range between $5.75 to $7.00. Family style dishes will soon be available as well.
Our Pre-Designed plans range between $75.00 to $149.00 depending on the plan and meal amounts.
5. How long does the food stay fresh?
REFRIGERATOR STORAGE: Our meals remain fresh in your fridge for 5 days including the day the food is delivered or picked up. All meals that leave our kitchen are labeled with full macro nutrients, ingredients, reheat instructions, and freeze by dates.
FREEZER STORAGE: If placed in the freezer before or by the freeze by date, your meals will remain good for up to 30 days. We recommend you transfer them from the freezer to the refrigerator one day prior to eating to allow for proper thawing.
6. Do I have to be home to receive the delivery?
If you are unable to be at your residence during our delivery window, our delivery team will leave your meals in our food safe bags in a safe location, typically in front of your door. If the meals are left at the front door our customer relation team will send you a courtesy email informing you that the order has been delivered to the address provided.
